I reached out to PartyLite because I’m still not receiving orders through my affiliate links. Customer Service shared some important steps that everyone needs to follow, and I’ve added a few tips of my own after testing them.
To make sure your orders are correctly linked to my website, please keep these steps in mind:
1️⃣ Clear your cookies every 30 days
Do this on all devices you use to place orders. Old cookies can block proper tracking.
2️⃣ Accept and save cookies when visiting my sites
If cookies aren’t accepted, your order may not register under my affiliate link.
3️⃣ Always use my direct link when ordering

4️⃣ Please don’t order through the promotional emails sent by PartyLite

I’ll share all specials directly on my website and social media, so your orders track correctly.
Once you place an order please let me know as we will not have those tracking capabilities. You can DM (Direct Message) me.
5️⃣ Avoid logging into your own account automatically
The system does not permanently link your account to my affiliate ID. Each order must be placed through a valid affiliate‑tracked session for it to count.
Following these steps helps ensure everything runs smoothly and your support reaches my small business the way it’s meant to.
